As a therapist I hope to create a space in which clients feel comfortable to explore their concerns. I believe that it is possible to live a life of balance in which stress and distress feel like something to cope with rather than something that overwhelms or overshadows the possibilities in life. I want to support learning and discovery in a genuine way with acceptance and empathy.
