We believe in a Strength's Based approach when working with people in therapy. We have extensive experience working in the mental health field in a variety of different settings. We have worked with a vast majority of mental health issues, including PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Eating Disorders, and various Addictions. We provide services for all ages of clients - young children up through the elderly. We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in our therapeutic work. We offer various group therapy sessions during the year on different topics of interest.
