During our initial session we will take a look at the issues you'd like to work on and will come up with a good plan to address those issues and provide you some relief. Most clients see an improvement in their symptoms within the first few sessions. Wellness Counseling Studio offers in person and teletherapy appointments in a professional, confidential setting. Wellness Counseling Studio also offers trauma intensives in addition to individual therapy sessions. We can work together to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome your challenges.
