I focus my work with individuals and couples to improve connection and secure functioning within relationships. I often incorporate nature informed therapy including walks and hikes into my work. As a large park of my work, I help individuals dealing with affair recovery and betrayal. Learning to care for yourself and using evidence based tools to improve your life will be our focus. I specialize in complex trauma, relationships, betrayal trauma and affair recovery. My style consists of EMDR, CSAT techniques, trauma reprocessing and couples techniques as well as nature informed therapy interventions.
