If you are interested in developing coping strategies and insight on your journey of healing and/or personal development, we may be a good fit. I provide in person appointments in Okemos as well as telehealth appointments. I have extensive training in mindfulness practice, relationship effectiveness skills, distress tolerance skills to manage difficult emotions/urges and skills for emotional regulation. I accept BCBS, Blue Care Network, Medicare, Blue Care Complete Medicaid, Priority Health, Optum and United I have worked with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, grief/loss, chronic health issues/pain or substance use over the past 20 years. I take a holistic approach to therapy with a background in CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My goal is to empower individuals to develop effective tools to move through life challenges.
