There are times in life when we all need some help and guidance along the way. I truly believe in the work that I do and that it can be not only helpful but transformative. I specialize in treating individuals with depression and anxiety, as well as a wide variety of life challenges, such as career and marital struggles and​ other adjustment/transition issues, that individuals may face across the life spectrum. I also specialize in working with women ages 55+ and caregivers as well as helping clients through grief and loss.
