About
The goal of therapy for my clients is for me to help them, help themselves, through whatever struggle they are going through. The ideal client will want to attend therapy consistently and be motivated to problem solve their needs which are unique to them. The goal is for the identified client to optimize their functioning by learning effective coping skills to manage their identified difficulties. I believe that learning and using coping skills, changing thinking patterns and processing struggles is helpful for my client(s) to learn and walk through in this process. I continue to engage in training to better treat clients.
