I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma and/or anxiety. I have a passion for helping people heal from the trauma from their past and discover their potential for a fulfilling future. I also help people decrease their anxiety about the future so they can enjoy the present moment. I love working with clients who find that traditional talk therapy only helped them so much and are wondering if there is hope for a better future. I believe there is hope and will work to find the techniques that you respond to. I also work well with those who have had past poor experiences in therapy and are considering giving it another try!
