Healing is hard as hell—especially in a world that was never built for your safety or sanity. Trauma leaks into everything: your body, your relationships, how you see yourself. I’m Stacy (she/her), and I’m not the “mmhmm… and how does that make you feel?” kind of therapist. I’m human first, therapist second, and I show up with honesty, real compassion, and zero judgment. My work is heart-centered, empowering, and very aware of the systemic BS we’re all dealing with. Also—full transparency—I’ve got strong ADHD energy. Sessions might zigzag, but we’ll absolutely get shit done.
