I have been working with children and families for over 25 years. I believe in a down to earth approach that utilizes cognitive behavioral strategies to help adolescents, adults and families work through life's challenges. I also have an expertise in child therapy, including the use of play therapy techniques. I have provided counseling to people who are working through life's struggles to include divorce, depression, anxiety, abuse, military issues, as well as other concerns. We have several qualified therapists at the center who will collaborate and work with you or your family to meet your counseling needs.
