About
An ideal client is anyone who shows up at your door understanding that something in their life is not working the way they want it to and having the desire to change that. I have been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for over a decade and have encountered many people with many different life situations and stories. Each person is unique and I believe that once we identify the core issue, we are well on our way to removing the block and creating the life a client truly desires. I use talk therapy along with EMDR to assist clients in achieving the goals they have set for themselves.
