My ideal clients are adolescents, young adults, and parents with a broad range of issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. Many adolescents young adults, and families have issues adjusting to life changes as well as problems with family relationships. Helping children, young adults, and their families learn how to alleviate stress associated with unwanted thoughts and behavior with the use of appropriate coping skills is a way that I assist clients in meeting their goals.
