Hello! I have lived and worked in the Pullman area for some time. I enjoy the Palouse area, getting outside to hike or mushroom hunt whenever I can. My passion is working with people who experience depression, anxiety and specifically survivors of trauma. I believe in looking holistically at someone's life and incorporating strengths, gifts, culture and other practices the client finds helpful in their lives. Most symptoms don't happen in a bubble. They occur in many aspects of our life. Currently I am only providing telehealth services. Please email with inquiries. I use EMDR/IFS (parts work) to address trauma issues, as well as trauma focused CBT. EMDR/IFS can be extremely helpful in moving someone who feels triggered on a daily basis to a more grounded sense throughout. I also have training in shamanism and refer to totems and other means in healing. I also have experience as a psychedelic therapist.
