I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the struggles and dynamics of challenges in women's health and life stages. These include, but not limited to: anxiety, pregnancy loss, menopause, prenatal care and identity. In addition to supporting the healing process, I also specialize in relational distress between mothers and daughters, and the undoing and refocusing of unhelpful internalized messages from childhood that no longer serve a helpful or useful purpose. Above all, I'm passionate about working with a strength and empowerment-based model of care to support sustainable change.
