I assist clients in identifying potential roadblocks in daily function and happiness, including professional/ academic stress, anxiety, & depression. I specialize in adolescents and young adults who want to work toward empowerment and independence. Client sessions are encouraging, active, goal-oriented and rely on evidence based practices.
