I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, providing a safe and judgment free space to explore any of the challenges you may be facing. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and severe mental illnesses. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person centered, and strengths-based therapy. My work is guided by psychosocial theory, systems theory, and attachment theory. Together we will determine the best treatment plan in order to meet your specific needs.
