I have been providing therapy for nearly 10 years. I work with adults and adolescents 16 and up who are struggling with relationships, anxiety and/or depression. If you feel stuck in an endless cycle of negativity with your spouse, your child or someone else in your life, therapy is a great way to explore underlying issues, get help with communication and rebuild relationships on a stronger foundation.
