As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Kansas, I use various therapeutic modalities to respectfully connect with adolescents and adults based on the needs of each individual. I completed EMDR training to help individuals work through traumatic events and target negative thinking. After learning about the impact of trauma on the brain, my interest in neuroscience led me to complete a concentrated training program in Neurofeedback to explore the benefits of its non-invasive, self-healing power to balance dysregulation in the brain.
