Trauma and wounds from childhood impact all of us, even therapists and other healers, and recovering can be a difficult process. My expertise involves working primarily with mental health clinicians and other providers who have experienced various forms of wounding, including sexual abuse, physical & emotional abuse, domestic violence, neglect and have found minimal healing from other therapy. We will collaborate through the process of healing and in the end, you will feel a sense of control & relief and be able to continue on your journey with strength and momentum. I use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, art and somatic interventions to aid in the healing and recovery process. I believe through the therapy relationship and uncovering the clients' unconscious wisdom the repair and healing that needs to happen can occur.
