I offer support as we work through feelings of anxiety, depression, isolation, and stress related to work, life changes, loss, transitions, identity, health challenges, family and relationship issues. With a warm, empathetic, inclusive approach, you will feel supported as we navigate the challenges in relationships (colleagues, friends, marriage, significant others, family) as well as from caregiving responsibilities (to children, spouse, and aging parents.) I work with individuals, couples, gender, ethnic, LGBTQ and racially diverse clients. All sessions are virtual, in the comfort of your own home.
