I have been licensed for 13 years but have been providing services for 24 years. I believe client development and growth comes primarily from ones ability to step into the uncomfortable, this strengthens the capacity to tolerate life's challenges. With each choice becomes more resiliency and creates more opportunities to grow, live with greater self awareness and the capacity to feel worthy, autonomous and authentic. There is a power in understanding maladaptive behaviors and guiding you to that awareness to unlearn these patterns will help you come out stronger. I will take the first session to get some background history and current information about what brought you to therapy. We will discuss long term, and immediate goals.
