Over years of practice we diagnose and treat adults, adolescents with complex ADHD and executive function deficits and complex OCD by developing an individualized success plan. These disorders create a "Ground Hog Day " of self-limiting behaviors. We coach you how to resolve conflicts that cause anxiety, depression, stress by accurate self-awareness (understanding and managing ourselves), new ways of thinking, and building effective communication.
