An ideal client would be an adult that is motivated to grow through the growing pains. They could struggle with PTSD, ADHD, Grief and loss, or other mood disorders but would want to move forward and support themselves through the challenges they face. They would want guidance and be willing to try exercises, even if they had doubts. Healing is hard, but, taking the first step is often the hardest . I would want clients that are brave enough to take the first step to improving their mental health and wellness because they know suffering is not all there is to life.
