I help clients move through depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and grief, and I’ve worked with people from 17 to 65, so trust me when I say I’ve heard a lot. I try to keep a sense of whimsy, so while I can still be surprised (which I think is good for both of us), you won’t shock or overwhelm me; this is a secure space for your whole story. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to walk you back home to yourself. Therapy can shift so much, and even when it feels uncomfortable at first, that discomfort is often the earliest sign of real growth. Talking through what you’ve held inside is the first step toward shifting how it lives in you.
