Navigating though turbulent times can be difficult to work through on your own, and you may feel the need for additional guidance and support. I am here to help people have a more joyful and meaningful life. Managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief/loss, chronic pain, disability, or everyday life can get stressful.
