Our clients are seeking change and navigating the risk and discomfort that comes with it. Our clients navigating grief and loss, life transitions, aging, and creating non-traditional families. Our clients are quieting their inner critics and claiming more agency in their lives. They are healing from intrusive and restrictive inner voices and claiming their freedom to make more authentic choices in their relationships to themselves and to others. Our clients practice bravery, vulnerability and self-compassion. Our clients are holding grief and gratitude alongside one another. We believe we can create new inner narratives that can support a more authentic outer expression of oneself.
