I have loved working with clients from wide ranges of backgrounds, demographics, goals, needs, etc. I have special interests in working with adult and teenage males around issues related to masculinity, self-esteem, identity/self-worth, sport performance concerns, and substance use concerns. My clients range from professional athletes to middle school teenagers. I love when my clients are driven, motivated, and eager to achieve their own personal goals, be them mental health goals, physical health goals, professional goals, academic goals, and/or interpersonal goals.
