Hello! Thanks for stopping at my profile! I love to see people succeed at being them. To get there, sometimes we need to be nurtured, sometimes we need to be challenged. I value the collaboration to get you where you want to be - even if we don’t exactly know where that is yet. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with over 12 years of experience working with individuals and families in crisis. I currently work with individuals ranging from young adult to late adulthood on a variety of challenges including complex trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative relationship that allows you to develop awareness and skills to face the unique obstacles in your life. As a trauma focused therapist, I primarily utilize EMDR, parts work, DBT skills, CBT, and polyvagal focused therapy. I also provide Alpha-Stim to support treatment of anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
