My name is Stefani Collins and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in West Covina, CA. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults in achieving their goals and overcoming life's challenges. I approach therapeutic interventions primarily through the lenses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I was drawn to the field of mental health after growing up experiencing the mental health struggles of family members. I became interested in psychology because it helped me gain a better understanding of others' thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
