I offer a warm, grounded space to slow down, get beneath the surface, and build change that lasts. I work with adults and couples around relationships, stress, identity, burnout, and life transitions. I also provide sex therapy and affirming care for GSRD clients. You don’t need a perfect reason to start—just a desire for support that is thoughtful, practical, and respectful.
