Hi! I'm Stefania. I work with people who are living with the impact of trauma (acute and chronic), parental emotional neglect, attachment ruptures, and other disempowering life experiences. These experiences often result in a myriad of feelings such as worthlessness, anxiety, depression, dissociation, shame, self hatred, self harm, suicidality, difficulties in relationships and more. I love blending Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to help you heal from experiences you received (or did not receive) as a child. My style is laidback, compassionate, warm and gentle.
