I specialize in life transitions and wellness, "high energy" symptoms as in ADD/ADHD, anger management, stress management, anxiety, obsessive thinking, and compulsive behaviors, with adults 18 - 80 yo. I also work with perinatal & parenthood experiences. I am educated in the Highly Sensitive trait (and I'm an HSP, myself!) and have experience teaching about & supporting HSP needs. I'm an LGBTQ+ ally and poly/CNM affirming. I offer walk & talk therapy at a few locations across Fairfield County, CT (and use telehealth as back-up for inclement weather).
