Life is filled with many ups and many downs. Unfortunately, it is the downs that we tend to focus on which can lead us to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and hopeless. I respect and validate the struggles my clients have endured and help them realize they have the ability to make change and live a better life. My goal is for my clients to gain knowledge, coping strategies, and to feel empowered to overcome challenges. I work with my clients to make treatment as simple, realistic, and light hearted as possible.
