Hello! My name is Stefanie. As a military veteran, geek, and gamer turned professional counselor, my aim is to bring a fresh and modern take to the therapeutic space. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to live long and prosperous lives while making lasting changes. I utilize various evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
