As a relational and psychodynamically trained psychologist, I believe that change is a two person process conducted in the space between the client and the therapist. You know yourself better than anyone, my job is to hold up various mirrors that can deepen an exploration into all the different parts of who you are. Sometimes suffering comes from a conflict between two parts of the self, other times it comes from denying the needs of a part of the self. In therapy with me, we work together to draw links between present and past to help you gain insight into yourself and take steps towards growth and change.
