Accepting new clients in Idaho, South Carolina and Florida (Feb 2026). Do you identify as a high achiever, type A personality, people pleaser, or perfectionist struggling with one or more relationships in your life? Stress may feel unmanageable, you might be tired of people walking over you or struggling to say no. I help clients identify unhealthy, manipulative or controlling behavior (which may include narcissistic patterns of emotional abuse). I teach clients skills to communicate more directly, identify red flags, set boundaries, build self-esteem, balance stress, and safety plan if/when you decide to leave the relationship(s). I have extensive knowledge of narcissistic abuse and manipulative patterns. I have specific training for risk management, criminology and love to provide clients with many vetted resources to help clients process and further understanding to increase and improve treatment outcomes. I offer support whether you choose to stay or leave.
