Life brings changes that can feel overwhelming—whether it’s the end of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, or uncertainty about the future. Having support during these ups and downs can make all the difference. My name is Steffany, and I am a licensed master-level clinical social worker. It’s my privilege to walk alongside people through their most challenging times, as well as their joys and sorrows, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to process, heal, and grow. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Through telehealth I am available to connect with individuals throughout Michigan experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief and loss. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including, Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. I also hold certifications in working with first responders.
