Working with those who struggle to overcome the trauma of abusive relationships has been my life dream. However, trauma comes in many forms and leaves ugly scars that wreck havoc on our lives, but it does not have to control our lives. We can be overcomers! Working from a Mindfulness/CBT and person centered perspective allows us change the way we think about our past and regain control of our future. I have worked with victims of abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship distress, addictions, and behavioral struggles. These are often symptoms of trauma.
