I specialize in serving differently-wired (gifted, anxious, ADHD, ASD, twice exceptional, and other neurodivergent) teens and adults. I support clients with identity development and embracing their brain while navigating heightened sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, struggles with executive skills, and unhealthy thinking habits that may be effecting school, work, sports or other activities. I also help clients to unlock their motivation (you're not just lazy) and development of much needed self-advocacy skills.
