Hi there! Working with a therapist can be scary and overwhelming. You may wonder what therapy will look like, how you should act, and what you should say. In our time together, I will strive to help you feel comfortable to be yourself and ease those worries. As an attachment-based therapist, I believe it is the relationship between you and I that matters the most. My goal is to create an environment that will suit your personality and the goals you have for yourself. Play therapy can be used across the lifespan to assist in healing treatment needs such as depression, anxiety, low-self self-esteem, childhood trauma, and parent-child relational problems.
