Folx who align with my approach are often the misunderstood creative—the over-thinker who toggles between feeling “too much” & “not enough.” Too often labeled highly sensitive, they carry layered trauma, mask neurodivergence, navigate LGBTQIA2S+, queerness or gender identity, and feel outcast in most spaces. They seek a therapist whose own queer, non-binary, neurodivergent experience signals safety and compassion, while blending quirkiness and humor for balance. They long to understand their life more deeply, linking emotions to lived experience and honoring both as valid. To see themselves, and to be seen by another, as whole.
