Hello. I’m Stephan, and I’m a trauma-informed, relational psychotherapist based in San Francisco. I help people who struggle with depression, anxiety and relationship issues by helping them understand and work with their underlying patterns, so that they can reconnect with their true selves. I particularly enjoy working with people in the technology and design industries; as well as people from multicultural or international backgrounds.
