I believe in a creative, personal approach to healing. I create a safe and welcoming environment to help my clients during the difficult times in their lives. I feel strongly that therapy is a journey to be walked together with client and therapist. My sessions focus on emotional healing as well as positive self growth. I work with all stages of life and life issues. Whether a client's struggles are centered around anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attention and hyperactivity, marriage and family issues, trauma, or mood issues, I am here to help. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Utilizing techniques from CBT, ACT, Polyvagal Theory and other evidenced based practices, I work with clients to ensure their individuals needs are met. I offer a peaceful, calm space for clients to feel supported in their healing.
