Life can be overwhelming at times, causing us to feel anxious, depressed, lose our sense of self and affect our ability to have and maintain healthy relationships. Having someone to unpack all of these feelings with, gain insight into why we feel the way we do and ultimately choose differently for ourselves is so empowering. I do my best to meet you where you're at. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing, and try to gain an understanding of what's most important to you.
