I primarily work with people who might identify as “messy,” people who have not lived life in the straight line they perceive others to be living Whether it is coping with the overwhelm of another PCS or deployment, or fearing they'll be discovered as incompetent or lazy; you can trust me to hear your story, even the chapters you might hide from others. My goal is to provide you with the space to explore what is holding you back from the life you imagine and find the tools to free yourself.
