As a clinical social worker, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from adolescents to adults, each with their own unique stories, strengths, and challenges. Over the years, I have provided individual, group, and family counseling to support people through a range of concerns—from managing everyday stress and life transitions to addressing lifelong patterns of anxiety and worry. My approach is grounded in creating an open, judgment-free space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
