I work to meet my client's individual needs, as well as bringing in my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist by taking a family systems approach and often exploring how your childhood impacts who you are today. I provide care through my role as the Clinical Director at Arlington nonprofit, Rock Recovery. I offer sessions in-person in Arlington, VA and virtually to clients in VA, DC, and MD.
