It is not uncommon to find ourselves at some point in our lives feeling “stuck” often leaving us scared, paralyzed, sad, confused, angry, and/or fed up. If this is where you’re at, you’ve come to the right place. I’ve been there and I’ve helped many couples and individuals navigate this place. It is my belief clients are the experts in their own lives and I aid in the uncovering process of their inherent goodness and strengths. Through an open and affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed environment, I help clients feel “un-stuck” to then go and live the lives they want to live.
