Our team specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, fertility and postpartum challenges, and family dynamic challenges. We also offer couples therapy. We utilize techniques that are largely cognitive-behavioral, experiential, and structural as well drawing upon Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Our team also offers biofeedback to help with self-regulation and anxiety.
