We all find ourselves feeling stuck sometimes. I believe that we develop ways of handling things from past experiences and when those things stop working, we struggle to find another way to handle the situation. I work with clients to identify where we learned our behaviors and how to adjust our mindset and actions so that we get the outcome we want. I work with clients through life transitions and help to build self confidence in our ability to live the life we want to be living.
